Job summary

Jabil seeks an Asst. Inventory Control Supervisor to lead Receiving and Rackside Kitting operations, ensuring accurate, timely material flow to support production. You will enforce standard work, coach teams, and maintain inventory accuracy while partnering with Operations, Quality, and Planning to prevent disruptions.

You will supervise daily shift activities, participate in training, and ensure adherence to safety and SAP processes. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in inventory control, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising frontline teams and driving daily execution.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving team daily priorities, staffing, and execution.
• Coach and discipline to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions for receipts, putaway, and staging.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality and Procurement on shortages and issues.
• Maintain visual controls and tools for safe, efficient operations.
