Job summary

Jabil is seeking an inventory-focused associate to lead in the supervisor's absence and ensure SAP accuracy. Responsibilities include RTS, stockroom tasks, cycle counts, and assisting with receiving and shipping to support production lines.

The role requires meticulous attention to inventory variance reconciliation and strong collaboration with Production Control, Management, and the production line to address shortages.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to managers and teams.
• Strong problem-solving and data collection skills.
• PC proficiency with Windows and SAP familiarity.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to follow ISO procedures and data accuracy standards.
• Comfort with numerical data and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the Supervisor and ensure SAP accuracy at all times.
• Perform stockroom, RTS, receiving, shipping, and cycle counting duties as needed.
• Reconcile inventory variances and report to Supervisor/Manager.
• Move material using RF scanners and verify transactions in the system.
• Maintain organized stock areas and kanban materials.
• Assist other duties related to inventory control and production support.
