Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage check-ins/outs, and handle laundry and dishware tasks per standard procedures. You will also stock carts, process reservations and payments, and help maintain breakfast service.

The role requires attention to safety, accuracy in reporting, and strong guest service skills, with a typical 11:00pm–7:00am shift. Join a team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read safety and operating documents and follow procedures.
• Capable of basic math for transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in and check-out per guidelines.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Complete laundry operations: wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
• Process dishware and maintain housekeeping carts and stockrooms.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast following brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Report safety issues promptly to management.
