Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, manage laundry and dishware, and assist with front desk tasks as needed. The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with a property management system, and strict adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.

The position includes setting up a grab-and-go breakfast, stocking housekeeping and laundry areas, and performing routine property checks to ensure cleanliness and security

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.
• Operates the property management system and supports overnight operations.
• Follows safety rules and procedures in all tasks.
• Completes routine reports and performs audit functions when required.
• Calculates and handles cash and payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight with check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Manages laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Prepares and packages dishware per brand standards.
• Stock carts and laundry areas to maintain inventory and PAR levels.
• Sets up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts property tours for cleanliness and safety checks.
