Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, including check-in/check-out and payment processing. You will manage all laundry tasks, handle dishware, and maintain supplies across housekeeping areas.

The role also requires breakfast setup, periodic property tours for cleanliness, and strict adherence to safety, cash handling, and security policies, as outlined by management.

Qualifications

• Fluent English to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to operate property management systems and complete shift reports/audit functions.
• Understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to complete routine reports and calculations in all units of measure.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment collection.
• Handle laundry: washing, drying, folding linens, towels, blankets, shower curtains.
• Process all dishware washing, drying, and packaging per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and related supplies to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct property tours for cleanliness checks.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and key control policies.
