Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight operations. The role includes assisting guests with check-in/check-out, handling laundry and dishware, and maintaining supplies and cleanliness across the property.

The position emphasizes safety compliance, prompt guest service, and teamwork within the housekeeping and front desk operations, with a typical night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to operate hotel systems and perform routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in/out and collect payments according to guidelines.
• Handle all laundry including stains, washing, drying and folding linens and towels.
• Process all dishware and maintain housekeeping carts and PAR levels.
• Manage reservations, registrations, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct property tours for cleanliness.
• Follow safety, security, and cash handling procedures and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
