Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage laundry operations, and ensure safety procedures. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and keep breakfast ready for guests while maintaining general property cleanliness.

The role requires flexibility for night shifts, attention to safety, and teamwork across hotel departments. Training provided and opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Willingness to follow safety and operating instructions.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in/out per guidelines and procedures.
• Handle laundry responsibilities including staining, washing, drying and folding.
• Process dishware and maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Stock housekeeping carts and ensure PAR levels are maintained.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures as directed.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct property tours for cleanliness.
• Report safety and security issues promptly.
