Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and perform audit functions as needed.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out following company guidelines.
• Process laundry including washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process dishware according to standards (wash, dry, package).
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours for cleanliness and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and cash-handling policies.
