Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, handle laundry operations, and maintain room and public areas to brand standards.

The role involves assisting guests with check-in/out, processing payments, folding linens, washing dishes, stocking carts, and setting up a grab-and-go breakfast. Strong English communication and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English to interact with guests and associates.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Manage laundry duties: washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process dishware; stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast according to brand standards.
• Maintain property cleanliness and report safety issues to management.
