Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and maintain clean, well-stocked laundry and dishware areas.

You will assist guests during late hours, handle check-ins/outs, process laundry and dishware according to standards, and help maintain breakfast setup and property cleanliness. This role requires flexibility for night shifts and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Processes all laundry in compliance with company standards (stains treatment, washing, drying, folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets and shower curtains).
• Processes all dishware in compliance with company standards (washing, drying and packaging).
• Stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry rooms with products to maintain PAR levels in the building.
• Processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Sets up and maintains grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts periodic daily property tours to inspect cleanliness and report issues.
• Complies with all company policies including safety, security, cash handling and key control.
• Assists with cleaning of hotel areas as assigned (front desk, breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, common areas).
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as requested by management.
