Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and maintain laundry and dishware operations. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role includes processing all laundry and dishware, stocking carts, and preparing grab-and-go breakfast. It requires working a late-night shift with a strong guest-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and interact with guests and associates.
• Operate property management system technology and process shift reports.
• Follow safety/operating instructions and manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply basic math for transactions and records.
• Demonstrate good judgment at all times.
• Resolve guest-related issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment collection.
• Handle laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and related items.
• Process dishware: wash, dry, and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance checks.
• Report safety and security issues promptly to management.
