ESA Management, LLC seeks a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, manage laundry and dishware, and keep hotel areas clean per standards.

You will answer phones, maintain safety protocols, and support front desk and housekeeping as needed. The position includes early morning routines, with a focus on guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently.
• Operate the property management system technology; handle shift reports and audits.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math and unit conversions.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems and resolve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Perform laundry duties and maintain cleanliness of hotel areas.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to brand standards.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Report safety or security issues to management.
