Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services and laundry operations. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, manage laundry tasks, answer phones, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work 11:00pm–7:00am, handle routine payments, and maintain cleanliness across hotel areas. Weekly pay and benefits are provided as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Requires English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Able to operate property management system software and audit reports.
• Follows safety rules and operation/maintenance instructions.
• Completes routine reports and correspondence.
• Performs basic math calculations for transactions and inventory.
• Uses good judgment at all times to resolve issues.
• Manages guest-related problems and resolves concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Handle laundry duties, washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast in accordance with brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Adhere to all company policies and promptly report safety or security issues.
