Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable arrival experience.
• Assist guests with registration, issue keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform routine money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
