Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to cover Night Audit from 10pm to 6am on a 16-24 hour weekly schedule. You’ll welcome guests, guide them through registration, issue keys, and provide resort information with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, reading and writing.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and quote room rates.
• Process cash/credit card transactions and balance cash receipts.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations; respond to guest inquiries promptly.
