Securitas is seeking a GSOC Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight operations at a data center in Irving, TX. You will supervise GSOC personnel, monitor surveillance and alarms, and coordinate incident responses while ensuring adherence to security protocols.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and prior GSOC or SOC experience; duties include shift briefings, reporting, and escalation during critical events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in SOC/GSOC or incident response environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise GSOC operators during overnight shifts.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and emergencies.
• Document incidents and escalate per procedures.
• Lead shift briefings and ensure shift continuity.
• Review reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary escalation contact during hours.
• Support data center security operations and compliance.
• Assist investigations and incident analysis.
• Coach GSOC personnel to maintain standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance during critical events.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions.
