Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead our 24/7 Global Security Operations Center in Corsicana, TX. You will oversee security monitoring, incident response, and field coordination, ensuring readiness and adherence to policies while supporting internal and external customers.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in public safety or security operations, strong communication, and the ability to triage emergencies calmly in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in security or emergency services.
• Two years in public safety, private security, IT, or related field preferred.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident; ability to work in the United States.
• Experience with mass communication systems, access control, CCTV, and security tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Security Operations Center Operators.
• Mentor and coach staff; improve operator skills and performance.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and accountability of team members.
• Manage scheduling and coverage for the team.
• Lead in incident response and security monitoring across 24/7 operations.
• Coordinate with field security officers and specialists; support calls for service.
• Record and report security events and OKR/KPI progress.
• Assist emergency units; operate CAD/dispatch-related systems as needed.
