Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator for our Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC) in Richardson, TX. The role monitors cameras, alarms, and coordinates responses across incidents, including dispatch and access control, to support headquarters, offices, and field teams.

The position is full-time, in-office with weekend requirements, offering a 3rd shift (11pm-7am) or hybrid (7pm-3am) schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in law enforcement, security, military, or emergency dispatching.
• Experience controlling cameras and responding to alarms in a security setting.
• Ability to read and interpret security logs and post orders, and communicate in English.
• Demonstrated initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine and emergency calls and monitor alarms, video, and access control.
• Dispatch security officers, emergency response teams, police, fire, and EMS as required.
• Maintain records of communications and document activities during the shift.
• Communicate information to key partners using established channels.
• Escalate critical information to Shift Supervisor or Manager as directed.
