Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead our Global Security Operations Center in Corsicana, TX. This on-site role ensures the safety of personnel, assets, and operations through monitoring, incident response, and policy adherence.

The supervisor will guide GSOC personnel, maintain 24/7 operational readiness, and manage scheduling, communication, and reporting while coordinating with security officers and specialists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with mass communication systems, access control, CCTV, and related security tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Security Operations Center Operators.
• Mentor and coach to improve operator skills and ensure high-quality work.
• Schedule management and attendance control for team members.
• Monitor SIEM alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Operate CAD and dispatch-related systems; maintain records of security events.
• Set, track, and report team OKRs and KPIs; identify process improvements.
