Job summary

Carvana is seeking a boots-on-the-ground Safe & Secure Associate to help protect people and vehicles at a 24/7 site in Florida. You’ll monitor cameras, perform safety audits, and ensure gates stay open and secure while engaging with associates, vendors, and visitors.

Driven individuals with 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will fit quickly. Training includes first aid, CPR, and AED; lifting up to 60 pounds is required.

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Track record of solid decision-making in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people quickly
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast pace
• Ability to handle conflict in a positive way

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors
• Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts
• Run point at the gate and enforce ingress/egress procedures
• Scan vehicles and conduct safety audits, restock supplies
• Be trained in first aid, CPR, and AED and use when needed
• Maintain weather-related safety protocols and support site operations
