Qualifications

• Experience in front office operations, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Strong guest-focus and relationship-building skills.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with hotel tech (PMS, POS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and ensure seamless service across departments.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences while maintaining efficiency during night shifts.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures and assist with special requests; support other departments as needed.
