Job summary

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas invites an experienced hospitality leader to join as Assistant Director of Rooms. You will partner with the Hotel Manager to lead all Rooms Division operations, delivering ultra-luxury guest experiences and maximizing financial performance.

You will drive excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services, coach leaders, manage budgeting and staffing, and serve as Manager-on-Duty when needed, always upholding Rosewood’s renowned

Qualifications

• Luxury Rooms Division operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and Reservations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple operational teams and drive performance.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, labor planning and cost controls.
• Exceptional communication skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing talent for succession.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of all Rooms Division departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and Rosewood standards.
• Partner with department leaders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and expense management to meet financial goals.
• Oversee guest services, reservations, concierge, and related guest-facing functions.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty as assigned, providing leadership during evenings and events.
• Develop and mentor leaders to foster accountability and growth.
