Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

As part of the Front Office team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless overnight hotel operations while supporting exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Overnight Front Office Manager, you will collaborate closely with departments across the hotel, including Valet, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Stewarding, Kitchen, and Room Service, ensuring effective communication and service excellence throughout the night.

YOUR ROLE

As Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guests receive attentive, personalized service while maintaining operational efficiency across the property. You will act as a key point of contact for guests and associates, proactively resolving concerns, coordinating arrivals and departures, supporting departmental operations during peak demand periods, and ensuring all overnight audit and front office procedures are completed accurately.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Lead and oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all operational departments.
  • Champion exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect the highest service standards.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including personalized greetings, baggage handling, and special guest requests.
  • Perform night audit functions and related accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and financial controls.
  • Monitor front office cashiering activities, billing procedures, room inventory, and account settlements to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Respond to emergencies and operational challenges with sound judgment, ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of guests and associates.
  • Maintain effective communication with hotel departments to ensure seamless information flow and service continuity throughout the overnight shift.
  • Support operational teams during high-demand periods, reallocating resources and assisting departments as needed to maintain service excellence.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
  • You have experience in front office operations, ideally within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
  • You are highly guest-focused and excel at building positive relationships while delivering personalized service.
  • You remain calm under pressure and can effectively resolve problems using sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • You are comfortable using hotel property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • You can prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently when required, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • You maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling guest information and hotel data.
  • You are adaptable, organized, and committed to maintaining exceptional service and operational standards during overnight operations.
OUR BENEFITS

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued.
