Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of four years in customer service.
• Two to three years of hotel supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Birchstreet, HotSOS and Rex preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support department operations and provide direct service to guests as needed.
• Oversee arrival and departure experiences to exceed guest expectations.
• Help create and implement profit and flow-through strategies.
• Review daily financial and labor reports and adjust operations to meet budgets.
• Assist in trainings, recruiting and pre-shifts for the department.
• Support associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, counseling and meetings.
• Assist with life-safety systems and emergency readiness.
