Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead guest reception, services, reservations and concierge with a focus on profitability and strategic leadership. This role partners across the organization to support goals, vision and values in a luxury hotel context.

The position requires hands-on management of daily operations, payroll, training and compliance across federal and local regulations, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of hotel management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera, HotSOS, Rex and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for guest reception, guest services, reservations and concierge.
• Provide profitable financial management and proactive strategic leadership.
• Create, implement and execute department trainings, recruiting and pre-shifts.
• Manage associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, counseling and department meetings.
• Review daily financial and labor reports and adjust operations to meet budgets.
• Oversee arrival and departure experience to exceed guest expectations.
• Lead by example and support department operations with direct guest service as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment, labor and civil rights laws.
