Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet residents, screen visitors, and manage access control with strong communication and multitasking skills.

You will operate electronic security systems, maintain daily logs, and respond to emergencies while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy residential property. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and direct visitors and guests.
• Monitor and operate Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Ensure building access control and security procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by on-site property manager.
