Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet residents, manage guest check-in, and operate security systems with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. The role requires a calm, detailed, and responsive communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Friday-Saturday 7am-3pm schedule and an hourly compensation range of $19-$20. A high school diploma and customer-service experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2–3 years of business experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical literacy with computers.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Monitors Emergency Response System.
Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitors and controls access to the building.
Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
Other duties as required.
