Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton is seeking a dependable Front Desk Receptionist for the overnight shift. You will greet residents, families, and visitors with hospitality, answer calls, coordinate service requests, and monitor security systems to help keep the community safe through the night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and a rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Respond to resident questions and coordinate service requests.
• Monitor emergency call systems and respond appropriately.
• Perform overnight security rounds, perimeter door checks, and monitor building access.
• Assist with mail, packages, and other overnight administrative duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Support residents and team members while helping ensure a safe and secure community throughout the overnight hours.
