Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. One to three months related experience in a senior living community or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require guests to sign in at the reception desk.
• Answer incoming calls; route calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general needs.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.
