Touchmark on South Hill in Spokane, WA is seeking an Overnight (NOC) Front Desk Receptionist to join our senior living community. This role combines front desk duties with safety and emergency-response responsibilities during the night shift.

Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting residents and visitors, monitoring security and medical alert systems, escorting emergency personnel, operating campus vehicles, and communicating incidents to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience working overnight/NOC shifts is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Washington driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays; comfortable acting as a First Responder.

• Answer and monitor phone lines, assisting residents, visitors, families, and staff.
• Assist residents with transportation requests, guest reservations, dining and life enrichment sign-ups.
• Monitor medical alert systems and follow emergency-response protocols.
• Act as a First Responder and escort emergency personnel when needed.
• Monitor and cover campus interior and exterior areas during the overnight shift.
• Respond quickly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Operate company vehicles (vans, trucks, golf carts) as needed.
• Communicate overnight incidents to the appropriate team members.
• Be prepared to move quickly and stay alert during emergencies.

Overnight (NOC) Front Desk Receptionist / First Responder

Are you an experienced overnight professional who is dependable, alert, and comfortable being the person others can count on during nighttime hours?

Touchmark is seeking anOvernight (NOC) Front Desk Receptionist / First Responderto join our team.Previous experience successfully working overnight, NOC, graveyard, or similar shifts is strongly preferred.

This is more than a traditional front desk position. Our overnight team member must remainalert, responsive, and comfortable working independently, while helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do

Answer and monitor phone lines and professionally assist residents, visitors, families, and staff.

Assist residents with transportation requests, guest reservations, dining and life enrichment sign-ups.

Monitor medical alert systems and promptly follow emergency-response protocols.

Act as aFirst Responderand escort emergency personnel to the appropriate location when needed.

Monitor and cover the interior and exterior areas of our campus throughout the overnight shift.

Respond quickly to resident needs, emergencies, and unexpected situations.

Operate company vans, trucks, and golf carts as needed.

Communicate important overnight incidents and concerns to the appropriate team members.

This is an active positionthat may require prolonged walking and standing, as well as the ability to move quickly throughout our campus when responding to an emergency.

The Ideal Candidate

Hasprevious overnight/NOC shift experienceand understands the importance of remaining alert and dependable throughout the night;

Is warm, friendly, professional, and comfortable working independently;

Is at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent;

Has a valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record;

Enjoys working with older adults;

Is willing and able to act as aFirst Responder;

Can remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies;

Is dependable, works well with others, and maintains a positive attitude;

Is able to walk or stand for prolonged periods; and

Is willing to work weekends and holidays.
