The role requires experience in customer service and hospitality front desk environments, with familiarity using hotel systems such as PMS, Quore and PBX, plus proficiency in Microsoft 365. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Hospitality front desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with brand or property-specific PMS, Quore, PBX and other hotel systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar suites.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; an associate degree in business/admin hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Answer inquiries and accept hotel reservations.
• Resolve guest issues quickly while showing urgency.
• Handle reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns in a timely manner.
• Use suggestive selling to increase room nights and revenue.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper room allocations for groups.
• Process cash transactions and manage the front desk cash bank.
• Balance daily accounts and verify end‑of‑day tasks are completed.
