Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-facing guest roles.
• Prior hospitality front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel systems like Quore, PBX and related software.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Answers inquiries and handles reservations.
• Resolves guest issues with urgency and care.
• Manages wake-up calls and guest messages promptly.
• Performs end-of-day balancing and reconciliations.
• Posts transactions to appropriate accounts and ensures accurate billing.
