Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Prior experience in hospitality front desk or night audit preferred.
• Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, Quore, PBX, and related tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with a sense of urgency.
• Process check-ins/outs and ensure accurate billing.
