Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Operations Staff member to deliver top-tier service to residents, guests, and service providers. You will greet, register, and assist guests, support daily property operations, and maintain logs and forms with accuracy.

The role requires calm under pressure, teamwork, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Work shifts run Friday to Tuesday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with Wednesday and Thursday off, and you will report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and residents, and assist in property operations.
• Monitor control systems and emergency response systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and maintain safety.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms with accuracy.
• Provide a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and support daily operations.
• Supervise moves, deliveries, and status of unit owner construction with management.
