Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Operations Staff member to welcome residents, guests, and service providers and to assist in daily property operations.

You will monitor control and emergency systems, maintain logs and forms, respond to emergencies, and help the Property Manager ensure a safe, courteous, and well-run building. This is a full-time exempt position with benefits, and shifts may vary to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification desirable.
• Two to three years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet residents, guests, and service providers.
• Monitor Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Shifts may change based on property needs.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and Receiving Department as needed.
