Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is looking for a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. You will support new member sign-ups, tours, and account updates while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

You will collaborate with Club Manager and team leads, handle inquiries professionally, and help ensure a clean, friendly club atmosphere for every visit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members, delivering a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take information calls and tours, assist with sign-ups and member updates.
