Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome members, handle tours and sign-ups, and resolve questions at the front desk. You will deliver a high level of service to members, prospective members, and guests to create a positive experience.

The role includes greeting visitors, answering calls, processing inquiries, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and accurate member records. This position requires strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members, providing a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, take info calls and tours, assist with sign-ups and cancellations, update member accounts.
• Resolve member questions or issues and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
