Job summary

Planet Fitness Denver is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer calls, take information for tours, assist with sign-ups and cancellations, update member accounts, and help keep the club neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
