Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Some college preferred.
• Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Able to work in a team and independently on shift.

Responsibilities

• Balance day shift accounts.
• Welcome guests on arrival and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk activities and guest check-ins/outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify IDs.
• Register guests with required information and stay dates.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests.
