Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to work overnight at the front desk and ensure the hotel’s operations run smoothly after hours. You will perform nightly audit tasks, welcome guests, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and departures are completed accurately.

The ideal candidate has prior front desk experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand, read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Balance day shift accounts and welcome guests at arrival.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and verify IDs and payments.
• Inform guests about payment methods and available room options; upsell when appropriate.
• Create invoices and manage front desk documentation.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure end-of-day audit procedures are correctly completed.
