Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United States is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from registration to checkout, provide room rate quotes, and share information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, complete checkout procedures, and assist with reservations, while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort and area information.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier/money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits on guest folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and help with reservations as needed.
