Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Preferably three months of receptionist experience.
• Familiar with switchboard, communication systems, and security cameras.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors and residents, answering questions and providing information.
• Manage front desk operations and respond to in-house emergencies.
• Operate the switchboard and monitor security cameras.
• Distribute memos, newsletters, and resident mail.
• Schedule transportation and manage resident trip sign-ups.
• Handle work orders and key control system.
• Respond to emergency alarms and coordinate with security and maintenance.
• Maintain and update reception forms and filing systems.
• Reserve guest apartments and handle follow-ups.
