Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a full-time Receptionist for The McAuley to manage front desk operations and respond to in-house emergencies. The role requires night shift work (11p–7a) with a 40-hour schedule from Sunday to Thursday, delivering compassionate, resident-centered service.

You will greet visitors, coordinate with security and maintenance, and support transportation and mail handling while maintaining filing systems and forms.

Formación

• English proficiency and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Preferably up to 3 months receptionist experience.
• Familiarity with switchboard, communication systems, and security cameras.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct visitors and residents, answering questions and providing information.
• Reserve guest apartments and handle follow-ups.
• Distribute memos, newsletters, and resident mail.
