A leading health care provider in Danbury, Connecticut, seeks a Receptionist to manage front desk operations. You will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming atmosphere and supporting communication across departments. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and strong detail-oriented skills. The position offers flexible shifts and a competitive pay range of $17.00–$21.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred.
• Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.

Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming calls and route to the appropriate area or individual.
• Greet all visitors; assist them in signing in and wearing badges.
• Run and distribute census reports each morning and at end of day.
• Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes.
