Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Arlington, TX, seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative dedicated to providing exceptional service at the front desk.

You will greet guests, manage check-ins, answer calls, and support daily front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment in our Hyatt Centric Arlington property. Prior front desk experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and welcome amenities.
• Answer phone calls within three rings and direct inquiries.
• Handle cash handling procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Support lobby activation and guest data security per policy.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
