Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive and performs personal recognition.
• Assists with welcome amenities and escorts VIPs to rooms.
• Answers phones promptly and directs inquiries as needed.
• Handles issued bank and cash drops according to cash handling procedures.
• Keeps front desk area clean and organized.
• Maintains guest privacy and handles PPI data securely.
• Supports lobby activation as needed.
• Checks identifications and payment forms during check-in/out.
