Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team and elevate guest experiences at the front desk. The role emphasizes personal recognition, efficient check-ins, and thoughtful service to every guest.

The incumbent will handle inquiries, maintain cash handling procedures, and assist with lobby activities while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with SHG values and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in before arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Count and manage issued bank; report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and collect IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties to meet business objectives.
