Concord Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Clerk to create exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service at our Texas location. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, process payments, answer inquiries, and maintain a welcoming lobby.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience.
• Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and handle special requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, cash transactions, and guest account charges accurately.
• Answer phone calls and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
• Monitor room availability and maintain accurate guest records.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Communicate guest feedback, maintenance needs, and operational updates.
• Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
