Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data properly.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
