IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Front Desk Agent to manage the front desk during the 11 PM–7 AM shift, handling check-ins/outs, guest requests, and balancing daily transactions while preparing financial/operational reports.

You will ensure a warm, memorable welcome, process payments per procedures, assist with loyalty program inquiries, and stay adaptable for weekend or holiday shifts, while upholding safety protocols and professional appearance.

Competenze

• One year front desk or guest service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Fluency in local language; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Process cash and credit transactions.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Assist guests with requests and local information.
• Maintain safety procedures and professional appearance.
